The purpose of the present study is to examine the civilized approach of the Qur'an to political freedom through an inferential-interpretive method. In this regard, we have discussed the political freedom and the constituent elements of civilization in the Holy Quran and the civilizing elements of freedom in this scripture. The results show that, according to the literature and logic of the Holy Quran, the major elements of civilization in political freedom can be traced to three elements: "free and independent", "freedom-seeking society", and "state-guaranteed and freedom-guaranteed state". The element, together, in an interactive-evolutionary process, will be an appropriate context for open-mindedness, knowledge production, and taking the first steps to shape Islamic civilization.

The purpose of the present study is to investigate the criteria of distributive justice in economics and politics. We have therefore attempted to answer the question: "What good in government should be distributed fairly and what is the criterion of fair distribution?" In this essay, we first examine the two "assignmentist" and "consequentialist" views on distributive justice and discuss the relationship between assignments and outcome in distributive justice. Next, the relationship between distributive justice and other Islamic economic goals was studied, and distributive justice was analyzed in two areas: "providing public welfare" and "moderating wealth". The results suggested that the government should distribute its possessions and opportunities under the two rules of "providing public welfare" and "wealth adjustment". This criterion is conclusive; the findings also indicate that "task-oriented" norms such as equality, entitlement and need, or a combination of them, are not effective in today's societies. Distributive justice in the non-economic domain can also be pursued in other social areas - such as politics.

The purpose of the present study is to investigate the reflection of political action on spirituality based on the discourse of the Islamic Revolution. To this end, a theoretical framework for identifying Persian literature on the studies of spirituality in the discourse of the Islamic Revolution is presented by indexing the definition of spirituality in the second step statement and completing its components with the help of other statements of the Supreme Leader. These writings can be divided into two parts: "Central Discourse Writings" and "Criticisms of Criticisms of Competitive Currents". The way the slabs represent the political action in these letters is also examined. These linguistic signifiers in the studies of spirituality in Persian that have developed around the definition of spirituality in the discourse of the Islamic Revolution and the implications of this discourse around the features of "revolutionary spirituality" indicate specific political actions in spirituality. The outlines of these actions in their active form are arrogance, justice seeking, martyrdom, and civilization. Signs of these active actions include: jihadi spirituality, civilization, justice, revolutionary, epic, liberation from domination, martyrdom, and progressiveism. Linguistic evidence of passive (reactive) political activism in the literature produced in the critique of competing discourse also includes American, Zionist, imported, arrogant, military, capitalist and consumerist.

The purpose of the present study is to explain the foundations and factors of the realization of social change in the Second Step Statement of the Revolution. The method of this research is qualitative content analysis and in this regard, the necessity and the foundations of the social changes in the statement (including justice and fight against corruption, spirituality and ethics, independence and freedom) and the factors in the statement change (including human resources, science and Research examines the use of natural resources and the economics of resistance). Research findings show that the leader of the revolution believes that the revolution should not be considered passive in all respects and concerned about change; principles such as justice, spirituality and independence can prevent passivity and self-loathing while accepting change. Another point was the fundamental difference between the revolutionary leader's view of the field of change and that of some social thinkers in the field; the genuine principles of justice, spirituality, ethics, and national independence as the basis of the changes in the Second Step Statement of the Revolution, while these have been taken into consideration. Many sociologists in the field of change have little or no support for change. The leader of the revolution has highlighted the role of the youth in the realization of the second step of the revolution.

The purpose of this study is to examine how Imam Khomeini and Ayatollah Ali Khamenei are benefiting from the soft power of Islam in the face of international threats. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, we came to the conclusion that the soft power of Islam in the face of international threats rests on four elements: structures, beliefs, values, and norms. The centrality of the principle of monotheism in order to create a monotheistic society at the level of Iran, the Islamic world and the international system as a monotheistic worldview for the unity of Islamic Ummah and Velayat, and a leadership based on religious democracy as a common belief, based on spiritual and cultural values and values Relying on the masses of people, resistance and resilience, clever and deliberate treatment and on the principles of cruelty, human dignity, justice, equality, protection of the weak and adherence to the accepted norms, including the most important strategies facing the Islamic Republic of Iran. The purpose of the present study was to investigate foreign language instances in Iran, prioritize them in the future of the system, their educational background, the evolution of their future education process, and the most important foreign language roles in the future horizon of the system. In this regard, the roles of language, the national documents of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the problem of language, different approaches to describing and analyzing English language and applied research in the educational and cultural context of Iran were studied by descriptive-analytical method. The results show that foreign language is not limited to a particular language, although some languages may have priority. The Arabic language has its own priority, independently of its special status. The most important linguistic roles in the future of the supply and demand system of knowledge and information will remain. Permanently monitor and modify foreign language educational policy and planning, in particular on the advice of the Supreme Leader in the Second Step Statement on Science and Research, updating teaching methods, the potential of experts in various disciplines, enhancing research processes and achievements in this field, The proliferation of translation activities, the use of modern technologies, and the role of internationalization of the functions of foreign languages as human assets, not just a specific regional mother tongue, are areas that need attention in the future horizon of the system.

In this research with a futuristic approach, the most important foreign policy requirements of the second step of the revolution have been explained from the perspective of the supreme leader. In this context, the requirements of Iran's foreign policy have been examined with regard to trends, outcome of trends, proponents, obstacles and events affecting the process. In explaining trends, foreign policy requirements for a more realistic and comprehensive study of the past process, and identifying its strengths and weaknesses, have been addressed in order to reinforce the strengths and weaknesses of the past. In discussing the consequences of the process, we have preserved past achievements and institutionalized the balance of modern regional power. We have also identified and exploited international opportunities and elaborated threat control strategies to overcome obstacles. In examining the proponents, we have also fostered revolutionary spirit and jihadist action, supported the process of Islamic awakening, and institutionalized Iran-Russia strategic relations. In explaining the implications of the impact of events on the process, identifying and supporting the events and signs of the event, identifying the challenges ahead, setting goals and future strategies. It also includes the foreign policy requirements of Iran to chart the preferred future of foreign policy, namely the achievement of a new Islamic civilization, the promotion of Iran to the level of advanced countries and the creation of a powerful bloc of the Islamic world and strategies to achieve it - including the formulation of a foreign policy theory by the revolutionary state. We have reviewed.
