چکیده

روابط خارجى ایران با سایر کشورها، به ویژه با قدرت‏هایى که در سیاست جهانى و معادلات منطقه‏اى ایفاگر نقش مى‏باشند، از اهمیت فزاینده‏اى برخوردار است. یکى از کشورهاى اروپایى، که در نظام دو قطبى و پس از آن، به لحاظ داشتن سیاست اعلامى مستقل، حائز اهمیت مى‏باشد کشور فرانسه است. در این مقاله تلاش شده روابط سیاسى ایران و فرانسه در فاصله سال‏هاى 1384 - 1357 با توجه به متغیرهاى ساختارى نظام بین‏الملل، محیط منطقه‏اى و ایستارهاى ذهنى سیاست گذاران دو کشور مورد بررسى قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

The foreign relations of Iran to other countries, especially to powers which play a significant role in world politics and regional equations, are very important. One of these countries, which was important in the bi-polar world and after that and has announced independent policies, is France. This paper is an attempt to study the political relations of Iran and France 1979-2005 on the basis of the structural variables of the international system and the mental situations of the policy-makers of the two countries.
