Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how Imam Khomeini and Ayatollah Ali Khamenei are benefiting from the soft power of Islam in the face of international threats. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, we came to the conclusion that the soft power of Islam in the face of international threats rests on four elements: structures, beliefs, values, and norms. The centrality of the principle of monotheism in order to create a monotheistic society at the level of Iran, the Islamic world and the international system as a monotheistic worldview for the unity of Islamic Ummah and Velayat, and a leadership based on religious democracy as a common belief, based on spiritual and cultural values ​​and values Relying on the masses of people, resistance and resilience, clever and deliberate treatment and on the principles of cruelty, human dignity, justice, equality, protection of the weak and adherence to the accepted norms, including the most important strategies facing the Islamic Republic of Iran. Abstract [العربیة]

یهدف البحث الراهن إلى دراسة أُسلوب استغلال الإمام الخمینی وآیة الله الخامنائی للقوّة الإسلامیة الناعمة فی مواجهة التحدّیات الدولیة. توصّلنا باستخدام المنهج الوصفی والتحلیلی إلى أنّ قوّة الإسلام الناعمة فی مواجهة التحدّیات الدولیة تعتمد على أربعة رکائز: البُنى، والمعتقدات، والقیم، والمعاییر. وفی ضوء ذلک فمن أهمّ استراتیجیات الجمهوریة الإسلامیة الإیرانیة فی مواجهة الابتزاز والتهدید الدولی هو ما یلی: محوریّة التوحید فی سبیل تأسیس مجتمع توحیدی على مستوى إیران والعالم الإسلامی والنظام الدولی، باعتباره البنیة؛ والرویة الکونیة التوحیدیة لإیجاد الوحدة فی الأُمّة الإسلامیة والزعامة والقیادة على أساس الدیموقراطیة الدینیة، باعتبارها المعتقد المشترک؛ واعتماد القیم المعنویة والثقافیة، باعتبارها القیمة؛ وأخیراً الاعتماد على الجمهور، والمقاومة والصمود، والمواجهة الذکیة والإداریة واعتماد أُصول مناهضة الظلم، والکرامة الإنسانیة، والعدالة، والمساواة، والدفاع عن المستضعفین والتمسّک بالالتزامات، کلّ هذه باعتبارها معاییر متّفقاً علیها.
