Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the political implications of human development in the context of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Utilizing the descriptive and analytical method, this article explores the definition of human development and proposes a specific formulation that highlights the connection between human development and political concepts within secondary characteristics. Following a conceptual analysis of human development, the article delves into its secondary characteristics to demonstrate how it ensues political implications. The study also includes an exploration of the relationship between human development, governance, and human security. Through a case study of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which stands out as a unique government in West Asia in terms of human development indexes, the research findings reveal that the evolution of the concept of human development has led to significant advancements across various fields

التنمیة البشریة وتداعیاتها السیاسیة فی مجال الحوکمة (مع الترکیز على الجمهوریة الإسلامیة الإیرانیة)

Abstract [العربیة]

الغرض من البحث الراهن هو التحقیق فی التنمیة البشریة وتداعیاتها السیاسیة فی مجال الحوکمة، مع الترکیز على الجمهوریة الإسلامیة الإیرانیة. فی هذا السیاق وباستخدام المنهج الوصفی التحلیلی، استُعرضت التداعیات السیاسیة لمفهوم التنمیة البشریة، ومن خلال تقدیم صیاغة محدّدة لها، تم شرح العلاقة بین مفهوم التنمیة البشریة والمفاهیم السیاسیة للمؤشرات الفرعیة. بعد الوصف المفاهیمی للتنمیة البشریة، یتم استعراض المؤشرات الفرعیة للتنمیة البشریة لإظهار أن التنمیة البشریة لها تداعیات سیاسیة واضحة. ثم یتم شرح الموضوعات المختصّة بکل من التنمیة البشریة والحوکمة، والتنمیة البشریة والأمن البشری. تظهر نتائج البحث أن تطویر مفهوم التنمیة البشریة یسبّب تغییرات عملیة فی مختلف المجالات. کما أن الجمهوریة الإسلامیة الإیرانیة هی الحالة والمثال المقدّم على ذلک، حیث یمکن القول بأنها واحدة من أنجح الحکومات فی غرب آسیا من حیث مؤشرات التنمیة البشریة.
