Abstract
A study of international developments in this postindustrial and post-informational era is impossible without paying attention to globalization. Globalization has led to the permeability of borders, changes in national identity, and increase in transnational, local, and global relationships. Islamic countries have encountered with various types of challenges, limitations, and opportunities in this new situation in which adopting any policy or strategy may have a decisive impact on their history. In this globalizing age, they need to increase their local interactions and to regulate their relationships with the superpowers interfering in Islamic countries. Attaining this goal depends on increasing their power level in the area and the world. And, it seems that adopting an official, public, and cultural policy can be an effective strategy to actualize it because creating a positive image through harmonious all-out diplomacy can be an effective step forward to create a cooperative attitude and local conversionism, and to protect Islamic countries in their interaction with globalization and big powers.
