It is possible to approve legitimacy of Wilayat e- Faqih via Proof by Reductio ad Absurdum. Supposing this proof as the negation of sovereignty of Faqih in occultation era, the condition is described by three hypotheses: 1. the sovereignty of tyranny according to Holy Quran and narrations which is legitimately impossible. 2. The nonexistence of sovereign which is usually impossible and if existing, it requires the disorder of any system that is not legitimately permitted as well. 3. The Sovereignty between right and wrong and it is considered impossible since the affairs described with right and wrong are considered either right or wrong and whatever is not right is definitely deemed to be wrong.
In accordance with Holy Quran, there is no intermediary between right and wrong. Consequently, rejecting these three hypotheses, there is no way but the approval of jurist’s sovereignty. Performing the direct reasoning to confirm Wilayat e- Faqih is of three introductions: 1. the negation of divine limits in occultation era in spite of the possibility of its performance is not allowed, 2. The administrator of these decrees should be Faqih, 3. The administrator should be of authority over the properties and people. The total of these introductions necessitates the existence of Wilayat e- Faqih.
