Imam Musa Sadr and Ayatollah Sistani- the two outstanding Shiite jurisprudents- were of great part in the political coherence of Islamic society of Lebanon and Iraq. In this regard, the main objective of writing is the analysis of the role of these two Shiite jurisprudents being considered as a reflection of the viewpoint of governmental jurisprudence of Shiite school in the framework of “reform” regulation. The present writing will answer to this query regarding the kind of the role of Imam Musa Sadr in Lebanon -1978-1959- and Ayatollah Sistani in Iraq –after 2003- concerning the political trends of these two multi-cultural countries the consequence of which is the perseverance of political coherence and avoidance from any collapse and disintegration.
