Abstract
Afzaloddin Mohammad ibn e- Hassan e- Marqi e-Kashani, known as “Baba Afzal”, “Imam” or “Sadr” has been one of the Shiite outstanding philosophers at the ending of 6th and at the beginning of 7th century. Trough the comprehensive study of his life, the introduction of his scientific works, his ontology and anthropology foundations, his attitude towards the civil policy, civil community, origin and its categories, leadership of civil community, origin, and its varieties, the present writing has reviewed and clarified his circumstances, attributes, and responsibilities.
