Abstract
The elective system is regarded as a strategy to change the votes of people to the representative chairs. Deciding on this kind of elective system is highly effective in favor of the realization of real and righteous elections as well as the conservation of the elective rights along with the development of efficient parliament. The elective system of assembly will be efficient provided that it is consistent with the nature and the structure of political system of country as well as the principles and rules of competitive and fair election with the purpose of a fair distribution of representative chairs among the competitors. Investigating the principles and rules dominant on choosing the elective system along with the explanation and evaluation of all kinds of elective systems, this article is to answer this question: considering the nature of political system of country, which elective system is able to fulfill the principle of representativeness, the efficient assembly, the largest cooperation of people, the rights of candidates, the fair and competitive elections? Understanding this issue related to the constitution’s emphasis on equality, freedom, no discrimination, right of public political cooperation, the principles of national representative, independence and unity of the country, the elective system with the combination of majority and proportional in order to cover the values and declared fundamental objectives as a favorable and qualified pattern of elective system of Islamic consultative assembly is justified and recommended.
