Abstract

The discourses of Islamic revolution emerged simultaneous with the dominance of liberalist and Marxist discourses in the 20th century having presented the universal interpretations in regard with justice. Islamic revolution had the rival discourses encounter with an intellectual challenge through reconstructing the concept of justice on the basis of religious instructions. The development of genetic justice over the universe, in accordance with the human nature and wisdom as well as the foundation of genetic and distributive justice on the basis of that was against the approach of rival discourses. The separation of the former and later approach, value and method, form and content, ideal and action based justice, its application and agreement with all the social concepts such as security, freedom, welfare, regulation, order, advancement, technology, religious democracy, meritocracy, elections and majority are regarded as the innovations of Islamic revolution discourse. This discourse demonstrated that the citizen life in the modern world achieves dynamism, steadiness, mundane and spiritual development by merely relying on justice.
