Abstract

various aspects. What is studied in this research is whether justice is of precedence for the statesmanship or the statesman? To put the other way, justice is the representation of government or governor? Although justice is regarded as one of the conditions for the numerous social and political positions, the philosophy of this conditioning is the presentation of justice within the society. In this regard, it has been presented six rationales towards the priority of justice in the statesmanship to prove that justice is regarded a significant and fundamental issue within the statesmanship and conduct or path as an imperative matter concerning the statesman.
One of the consequences of this approach is that the priority is given to the fair statesmanship while comparing the merciless statesmanship of fair and unbiased believer with the fair statesmanship of unbeliever.
