Functions of Justice in Ethical Governing in View of Political Islam

Abstract

Justice is considered as one of the fundamental elements of ethics and regarded as a fundamental, worldwide issue as well. The admittance of ethics in the political-social domain is accompanied with the diverse consequences. Justice leads to the ethical, and moderate measures. This writing is to investigate the function of justice in regard with the ethical governing. To answer the research question, it has been emphasized on the hypothesis concerning the complementary and relational accord among the ethics, justice, politics as well as the necessity of interiorizing justice within the life of governors on the basis of the political Islam. The functions of justice are deemed to be considering of the citizens’ rights, avoiding autocracy and being cautious in relation to the political and moderate conduct.
The individual and social justice reforms the performance of goernors and prevents them from any unethical and inappropriate actions so that it guarantees the contentment of society.
