Abstract

The subject of present article has to do with the theory of government in the political view of supreme leader. The Islamic republic system based on Wilayat e- Faqih appeared in the scene of action following the triumph of Islamic revolution and the foundation of Iran’s Islamic republic leading by Imam Khomeini and then by the supreme leader, Ayatollah Khamenei. Referring to the political thought of these two leaders of revolution, it is achieved the basic principles of system and Islamic government. In order to clarify the view of each scholar related to the government, it can be studied their thoughts in three issues of mechanical/organic concepts, minority government /majority government structure as well as the theory of government (society-centered/government-centered). The studies illustrate that in political view of ayatollah Khamenei, the concept of government has been developed by considering the divine-democratic origin of government and believing in the religious democracy and the principles required for the independence, freedom and republic in a network concept on the basis of the divine structure and in relation to the structure of government, the supreme leader believes in a dynamic and interactive micro government without non-Islamic and even atheist necessities of eastern and western theories. In his view, the structure of government is based on Wilayat e- Faqih, three legislature, executive and judiciary which act independently from one another and the main duty of government is observation, support and direction and the fundamental principle is no interference of government in people’s life except in case of expediency of Islam and Muslims. Accordingly, he believes in government based on justice with the Islamic foundation and divine direction and its basic principles are impartiality, democracy, independence, fighting against corruption and injustice, defending from nation’s rights in all domains as well as the rights of Muslims and any oppressed individual in every part of the world
