Sometimes we talk about justice in society, which refers to the fairness or not of social relations in all spheres, and sometimes we talk about people's mentality and feelings towards the state of justice.
The perception of justice is exactly the mentality of people towards the state of justice, which is not necessarily the same as the real state of justice in society, and this perception can overshadow political cohesion and social order. Several factors have effect on the perception of justice, which can be divided into two categories of Epistemic and non-epistemic factors.
This article aims to explain the non-epistemic factors affecting the perception of justice. Social psychological laws, media, social class, feeling of deprivation and mental well-being, errors caused by the rule of Attributions and social comparison, are among the non-epistemic debates that make people's perception of justice. This perception obtained from non-epistemic factors and contexts can harm the real state of justice.
